1. Function

1) The method of multiple comparison was used to analyze the differences between groups.

2) Add a letter and error line on the bar chart for significant differences between the two samples.

2. Input

Input table file, must be TXT format.Optionally, open the data in excel and save it as "text file (TAB separated)(*.txt)".

(1) Difference test form file: Enter the form file, the first column is the name of the different comparison group, each subsequent lineis the data for each iteration of the comparison group.

(2) Repeat at least three times.

3. Parameter


(1) Title: Enter the entire chart name.(The name can only be in English)

(2) X-axis title: Enter the abscissa name.(The name can only be in English)
(3) Y-axis title: Enter the ordinate name.(The name can only be in English)

(4) Title font size: Set the font size of the chart title

(5) XY axis title font size: set the x and y axis title font size

(6) Coordinate axis font size: set the x-axis, y-axis font size

(7) Marker font size: Set the marker font size

Note: The abscissa is the name of the comparison group, and the ordinate is the average value of the sample data. There is no difference between comparison groups of the same letter, and there are differences between comparison groups of different letters.
